555 Boulevard offers a limited number of apartment homes designated for Workforce Housing. Certain apartment homes are income-restricted. To be eligible, applicants must satisfy our standard rental criteria and have a household income that does not exceed 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), based on the number of occupants in the home.
